Browsing the ol' cars.com I stumbled on this M3 Race Car. It looks like a great price at any price, but a bit of a ripoff at 175K.

That car placed 15th at the 2012 Grand-Am Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge in the GS class. It's a good car but yeah $175k is real steep.

Wonder if it comes with spare parts then the price would make sense, but my question is who lists a racecar on Cars.com?

Cool car but I agree that they're completely nuts at $175k.

Putting aside the fact that you could build one for less than that (unless it comes with a lot of stuff not mentioned in the ad), even if I did have that sort of jack to dump on a race car I'd buy the tube frame Turner cars instead. $450k for both cars, plus spares. Considering that Turner says they've put $1.6M+ into the pair, this does seem like the better deal.
